Okay. So this is a part, two of the video that I was talking about before with why things are getting blocked and how to search for blocks.
So once again, we're at the C panel. And this is really just to basically, if something, you feel like something's being blocked, or you just want to check to see if something is scanning blocked how to just white list it.
So once again, we've logged in to see panel and then we'd go to magic spam protection. Okay. Let me close these two.
You just want to go to logs and you really want to take off the limit and search. So we're only looking for anything that's been detected as spam.
Now, once again, up here I'm just going to make this a little bit bigger so that I can see all the, the full email address.
And let's just do a fine now for.com.edu, or you could put in the full email address yourself. And then from here you can see that all of these dot-coms naturally are showing up over here because that's your email addresses.
But we can see that this one here bounces at newsletter. Now this looks like a legitimate thing because it's probably just a bounce back and we don't care about newsletter.com dot a year.
It's probably spam, but if we go down to here and we can see this one here, now be careful of this one here, because this is a complete take solution, but it wasn't sent by your server.
It was actually sent by somebody else and it comes from Bangladesh, okay. The BD here and it was sent by someone else.
So this is actually a fraud or spam email. If we go down here, you can see that this one here looks as legitimate because this is CrossFit Townsville, of course.
And we can even see that it was sent from Australia being the AAU. And then we can also see that it was sent from IHI net.
Okay. We can see their perm.net. So this looks very legitimate here. So this is an, a blocked once again, because it's a quarantine, their server, we're sending out spams.
So our servers saying, well, you've been sending out spams. We're not going to allow you, or we're going to put you in a quarantine area and this is what we're having issues with.
So we want this to now be we want them to come through. So we're going to put them on a white list, simply left, click on it, and then we can allow the sender.
So this specific email address, we can allow the sender domain, which is the, at CrossFit Townsville. So they might have another account called admin at CrossFit fit Townsville.
So by doing this, this will allow that to go through or in reverse. If we know it's a spam, then we can just block the sender and never get emails from them again.
So we're going to allow the sender domain here and white list it. And that's basically it. I've already added this.
So that's why this pops up here. So and then that's it. Now we'll receive all emails from CrossFit Townsville going over to here, back to here.
And we go to the exemptions, I'm going to have to pause this video because of the jets. Okay. That's better.
So now we go to the exemptions tab and we can see that we have send us from white list and we have these four people that are now white listed.
Okay. No matter if, if even if their accounts are hacked and says thousands of spam, they'll still come to us because we've white listed these four accounts.
And that's probably the best way to do it is just to go into this list. And you know, you can actually search for services, specific domain.
You can search for it. You can actually even put in over here, the logs, you can put the sender's name in here and actually searched the CFO spam as well.
So you can play around with those as well. Okay. So that's basically how to detect spam and white list it or see the reason why it's being detected as spam while I'll we'll monitor.
While I can help in assisting with any of this it's very hard for me to monitor on a daily basis or even weekly basis.
And as you can see there was probably a couple out of you know, what have we got two out of 297 297 emails that were actually legitimate.
So while it's painful and I know while it's painful it's really a 1%, or even under a 1% you know, success rate of, of blocking spam as opposed to legitimate emails.
